So if you call the number & you can hear the sentences loud & clear then you have a strong connection. Its purpose is supposedly so phone companies can ensure the strength & quality of the signal. It’s called a phone testing tool & what you’re hearing are sentences that are phonetically balanced. Now there’s actually a reason behind this number. They are spoken by a man & a woman & go on for as long as you stay on the line.
